For environmental conservation measures, Landcom has been engaged in its various businesses, such as the creation of menus of consulting products for building owners in the leasing business, and the installation of solar power generation systems in houses built for sale and the acquisition of patents through energy-conserving housing research and joint system development in the house-related business.

Further, we eye the sale of CO2 emission rights and the CO2 emission securitization business and plan to establish business models allowing the securing of profits along with social responsibility in the area of the environment. We are also actively participating in social activities, aiming to communicate with other quality companies.
