* OEM (original equipment manufacturing) means production by order using another party's brand. Landcom uses this term to refer to its business of taking care of project planning, development permits, building authorizations, etc., based on the wishes of the supplier of the acquired real estate, and supplying said real estate to collaborating developers and house builders.
