The realization of Landcom's theme of the maximization of real estate value requires not only traditional planning and development capabilities, but also operation capabilities in the service industry utilizing real estate. AVANTI Corporation was established in November 2006 with the aim to offer high added value services of high quality.
As its first project, AVANTI restored the former Kinoshita Villa, said to be Japan's oldest two-by-four structure and located in front of Oiso Station in Kanagawa Prefecture. This building is a typical example of the two-by-four homes deployed by Landcom's house-related division.
AVANTI aims to expand its operation business with an eye on the management and operation of lodging facilities, including the opening of restaurants in buildings developed by Landcom and the development of enterprises according to locations.

AVANTI's first store, Ristorante Vento Marino, is located in the former Kinoshita Villa, which is said to have been built toward the end of the Meiji Era. AVANTI remodeled the villa with particular emphasis on the interior, which highlights the originality of each private room. The expanded hall, which can accommodate 80 guests, is an open space that suggests the sea, the sky, and the sun. AVANTI manages an Italian restaurant in the villa, based on the concept of the best cuisine and hospitality befitting the land of marble blessed by bountiful nature, and welcomes groups such as wedding parties.
